Paul Rudd will never grow old. Or will he…? At 54, Rudd has got the fans hooked. Living his life as the nation’s “sex symbol,” he will carry on the legacy of his good looks and young face which started after the debut of the hit movie Clueless in 1995. In his 2009 appearance on The Ellen Show, Rudd jokes about his photoshopped figure on his new billboard roaming the streets. It isn’t all for nothing, however, as People magazine named him the “Sexiest Man Alive” in 2021.
One might also see Rudd as the main character in the R-rated comedy/romance movie I Love You, Man, Avengers Ant-Man series, or as the teacher in The Perks of Being a Wallflower.
Rudd has always been a people person, making jokes and interacting with fans, but he is one for the books. Not only is he a well-renowned movie star, but he co-owns a company besides The Walking Dead star, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, and Morgan's wife, Hilarie Burton. Born in New Jersey in 1969, Rudd lived with his parents and sister. Growing up, he loved comic books and had a passion for art. He continued through high school and graduated from the University of Kansas where he went on to the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. This led to his acting debut in 1991, which he considers to be his late-season entrance into Friends' where he played Phoebe Buffay’s boyfriend, Mike Hannigan. In 2015, the celebrity earned his Hollywood Walk of Fame star.
His candy business wasn't the only sweet thing to come out of his career. He married his wife, Julie Yaeger in 2003, who he met at his publicist's office where she had worked. Now, they live together in New York with their son and daughter. Outside of work, Rudd’s favorite thing to do is spend quality time with his family, which only adds to his long list of best qualities. <3
