Sophomores Ready for More

The Sophomores really brought the pumpkin spice energy to the table today. Warm colors, sweaters, flannels, beanies, scarves, and more were flooding the halls of YHS. We placed third in most dressed. Agnes Bolese was our best dressed and she got third place! Coltrane Vitalius had an impressive (blindfolded!) piano performance, earning the sophomores their first win of the week! Our dodgeball team made up of Iggy McGrath, Gabe Janczuck, Lexi Wiles, Erica O’Conner, and Claire Brown worked hard but unfortunately lost to both the Freshman and Juniors putting us in fourth for this event. However, at the same time in the library, Alyosha Sulyandziga and Abdullah Muayad were playing chess, and they got the sophomores another win for today! There were a lot of ups and downs this Wednesday of Spirit Week, but overall it was a success. The dancers could be seen practicing and the mural was put up in the hall! We’re ready for anything and eager to get some more wins!
